    • What are the eligibility criteria for professionals / salaried employees ?

  • Should be a Permanent Employee

  • Minimum of 3 years continuous employee/ in business(not necessarily to be in one institution)

  • The total deduction's including the proposed rental has to be within 60% of the gross earnings

  • Gross earnings i.e basic salary + fixed allowances + variable allowances + any other income such as rental income or inters income


    • What are the eligibility criteria for business entities ?

  • Should be in business for more than two years


    • What types of vahicles can be obtained through a lease ?

    Auto leases can be obtained for both unregistered as well as registered vehicles.

    • For both personal & business use both

    How to apply ?

  • NIC / Passport copy

  • Invoice from the seller

  • Valuation report from a panel valuer if the vehicle is reconditioned / registered.

  • Certified salary particulars in the given format

  • Supporting document to prove additional income such as for rental income - rental agreements and for FD interest - fixed deposit certificates

    • If the client is a business client documentary proof to prove income / expenditure:

  • Audited financial statements for last three years(if available)

  • Bank statements for last six months

  • Other source to prove income and expenditure such as water bills, electricity bills, sales invoice etc.


    • Speed of service ?

  • Turn around time is 8 - 16 working hours after submission of the required documents
